Premium Estimating LLC helps contractors bid more work with estimates they can check and trust. We prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, bills of quantities and bid support for general contractors, subcontractors, builders, developers and design firms.
For more than 15 years, our team has worked across every CSI division, from concrete and masonry through finishes, MEP and site utilities. Our design team adds architectural drafting, shop drawings and 3D renderings, so one partner can support both your numbers and your drawings.
Today our team of 86 includes construction estimators, project estimators, civil engineers, drafters and 3D renderers. We are registered in Florida, with our office in Pembroke Pines, and we work with clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Every estimate arrives as a working Excel file with quantities, waste factors, unit material and labor costs, and a cost-per-square-foot summary. Use our layout or send your own template.

Line items are grouped by CSI division and section, so they drop straight into your bid form, schedule of values or subcontractor comparison.
Marked-up plans you can check
Takeoffs are done in PlanSwift and Bluebeam. You get colour-coded markups showing exactly what was measured, so nothing is a black box.
Turnaround built around bid day
We schedule delivery ahead of your bid date so you have time to review quantities and compare them against sub and supplier quotes.

How it works
Send your plans
Email PDF drawings and specs, or share a Dropbox, Google Drive or bid-portal link. Bid sets, schematic, design development, construction documents and conceptual drawings all work.
Get a fixed quote
We review the set and reply with a price, turnaround time and delivery date for your scope. You approve before any work starts.
NDA and 50% deposit
We sign an NDA so your plans stay private. Work starts on a 50% deposit by card through our secure online checkout. A W-9 is available on request.
Receive your estimate
You get quantities and material and labor pricing in Excel, organized by CSI division, plus marked-up plans. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
