Do you work for homeowners?
Our estimates are prepared for builders and contractors. Homeowners usually get more value from a contractor's bid.
Do you provide lumber lists?
Yes. A full lumber and material list is included with framing estimates.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
