Masonry estimating for CMU, brick and stone
Masonry estimating for CMU, brick, stone and veneer. Unit counts, grout, rebar, mortar, ties, flashing and scaffolding, priced with realistic mason productivity.
Masonry is priced by the unit, and every opening, corner and bond beam changes the count. We take off CMU, brick, stone and veneer walls net of openings, then add the grout, reinforcing, mortar, ties, flashing and accessories each wall needs.
Labor is priced with mason productivity that reflects wall height, unit type and complexity, along with scaffolding and hoisting for the duration of the work.
