Do you estimate tenant improvements?
Yes. TI work is a large part of our office estimating.
Do you include data cabling?
Yes, from the technology drawings, or as an allowance if not shown.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
