Project size
Larger drawing sets mean more quantities to measure and price.
Number of trades
One trade costs less than a full multi-division estimate for the same building.
Turnaround
Standard delivery is included. Rush work ahead of a close bid date may cost more.
Drawing quality
Clean, complete plan sets are faster to take off than partial or low-resolution scans.
How payment works
- 50% deposit to start, remaining 50% when we deliver
- Secure online card payment
- W-9 available on request
- First sample estimate for new clients at half price
- Addenda and revisions quoted before we start them

Do you offer monthly plans?
Yes. Contractors who bid regularly can set up a monthly retainer with a dedicated team, priority turnaround and one monthly invoice.
Is there a free sample?
We don't do free test estimates, but new clients can order their first sample estimate at half price.
When do I pay?
50% when you approve the quote and 50% when we deliver the estimate.
