Do you include infection control?
Yes. ICRA barriers, negative air and protection are priced for work in occupied facilities.
Do you estimate medical gas?
Yes. Medical gas piping and outlets are taken off from the plumbing drawings.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
