Concrete estimates need more than cubic yards. We take off every footing, grade beam, wall, column, slab and elevated deck, then price the formwork, reinforcing, placement, finishing and curing that go with it.
Our concrete takeoffs separate quantities by element and pour, so you can plan pours, order concrete and compare against your crew's actual production. Rebar is estimated by size and weight from the structural drawings and schedules.

Do you estimate rebar?
Yes. We take off reinforcing by bar size from the structural drawings and schedules, including laps, bends and accessories, and convert it to weight.
Can you separate quantities by pour?
Yes. Tell us how you plan to sequence the pours and we'll break the quantities out to match.
Do you price tilt-up and precast?
Yes. We estimate tilt-up panels and precast elements, including panels, embeds, bracing and erection.
