Division 07 keeps water and weather out, and its estimates have to account for every layer of the assembly. We take off roofing, insulation, membranes, siding and sealants with all the accessories that go with them.
Roof areas are measured with slope factors and penetrations, and walls are measured net of openings, so each layer of the building envelope is priced correctly.

Do you include tapered insulation?
Yes. We take off tapered insulation from the roof plan and tapered layout, including crickets and saddles.
Can you estimate re-roofing?
Yes. We price tear-off, disposal, deck repair allowances and the new roof system.
