Industrial and warehouse estimating
Industrial and warehouse estimating: tilt-up and pre-engineered buildings, slabs, dock equipment, site work and office build-outs.
Warehouses and industrial buildings are big, simple shapes where small unit-cost errors become large numbers. We estimate tilt-up, steel-frame and pre-engineered buildings, heavy slabs, docks and the large site packages that come with them.
Office build-outs inside the warehouse are priced separately so the shell and interior costs are clear.

Industrial & Warehouse estimating: common questions
Can't find your answer? Call (850) 343-4090 or email info@premiumestimatings.com.
Do you estimate tilt-up buildings?
Yes. Panels, embeds, bracing and erection are priced with the slab and foundations.
Do you include dock equipment?
Yes. Dock levelers, seals and doors are counted and priced.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
