Yes. We set up the takeoff by unit type and building so quantities and costs per unit are clear.
Do you estimate podium buildings?
Yes. We estimate the concrete podium and the wood or light-gauge framed floors above.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
