What is the difference between general conditions and general requirements?
General requirements are Division 01 of the specifications, the contract's rules for running the job. General conditions are the contractor's cost of meeting them, like supervision, temporary facilities and equipment over the project's duration.
How do you estimate project duration?
We use your schedule if you have one. If not, we estimate duration from the project size and type and state it on the summary so you can adjust it.
