Hotels repeat guestroom types across many floors, then add public areas, kitchens, pools and back-of-house spaces. We estimate new hotels and renovations with guestroom quantities by type and public areas priced separately.
For brand renovations and PIPs, we price the specific upgrades required and separate FF&E from construction work.

Can you price guestrooms by type?
Yes. We take off one of each room type and multiply across floors, with exceptions listed.
Do you estimate PIPs?
Yes. We price property improvement plan scopes item by item.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
