We list assumptions and allowances clearly so you can adjust after your site walk.
Do you price after-hours work?
Yes. Premium time and phasing costs are included when the project requires them.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
