Each item is measured in the unit it's removed in, with labor, equipment, hauling and disposal priced separately so you can see where the cost is.

Do you price asbestos and lead abatement?
We carry abatement as an allowance or price it from a hazardous materials survey if one is provided. Abatement itself should be quoted by a licensed abatement contractor.
Can you estimate demolition without demo drawings?
Yes, from photos, existing drawings and a written scope. We'll list the assumptions so you can confirm them on your site walk.
