Shop drawings ready for submittal
Fabrication and installation drawings for trade contractors.
Shop drawings sit between the design and the field. They show exactly how your work will be fabricated and installed, and they need to be right before the architect will approve them. We prepare shop drawings for subcontractors, fabricators and installers.
We read the contract drawings and specifications, coordinate dimensions with adjacent work, and prepare clear plans, elevations, sections and details formatted for the submittal process.

Shop Drawings: common questions
Can't find your answer? Call (850) 343-4090 or email info@premiumestimatings.com.
Do you respond to architect comments?
Yes. When drawings come back marked up we revise them and reissue for resubmittal.
Can you produce cut lists?
For millwork and framing, we can include part lists and quantities alongside the shop drawings.
Do you do structural steel connection design?
No. Connection design must be done by a licensed engineer. We can draft drawings from engineered details you provide.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF drawings are best. We also work from DWG/DXF files and from plan links on bid portals, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. Include specifications and addenda if you have them.
