Elevator and conveying equipment estimates
Division 14 conveying equipment estimating: passenger and freight elevators, wheelchair lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters, with related pit, rail and power work.
Elevators are usually a quoted package, but the work around them is not. We set realistic budgets for the elevator and escalator equipment and take off the related work other trades must carry.
Pits, sump pumps, rail support, hoistway framing, power and fire alarm interfaces are listed so the GC can confirm every trade has it covered.
