Casework and furnishings estimates
Division 12 furnishings estimating: manufactured casework, countertops, window treatments, entrance mats, fixed seating and site furnishings.
Furnishings include casework, countertops and window treatments that are priced by the foot and by the piece. We take them off from the interior elevations, enlarged plans and schedules.
Countertops are measured with backsplashes, cutouts and edge details, and window treatments are counted by window size.

Do you separate casework from architectural millwork?
Yes. Manufactured casework is priced in Division 12 and custom millwork in Division 06, as the specifications require.
Do you measure countertop cutouts?
Yes. Sink and appliance cutouts, edges and backsplashes are counted.
