Public bids are won on price, but they are full of requirements that can cost you if they're missed: bid forms, unit prices, alternates, wage determinations, and specification sections that change the scope. We prepare estimates for public projects that follow the bid documents line by line.
We work on municipal, county, state, school district and federal projects for both general contractors and subcontractors, with estimates organized to match the bid form so filling it in on bid day is quick.

Our process
Send your plans
Email PDF drawings and specs, or share a Dropbox, Google Drive or bid-portal link. Bid sets, schematic, design development, construction documents and conceptual drawings all work.
Get a fixed quote
We review the set and reply with a price, turnaround time and delivery date for your scope. You approve before any work starts.
NDA and 50% deposit
We sign an NDA so your plans stay private. Work starts on a 50% deposit by card through our secure online checkout. A W-9 is available on request.
Receive your estimate
You get quantities and material and labor pricing in Excel, organized by CSI division, plus marked-up plans. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

Do you price federal projects?
Yes. We estimate federal and military projects, including work governed by the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and job order contracting (JOC) task orders.
Can you handle addenda close to bid day?
Yes. Send addenda as soon as they're issued and we'll update quantities and pricing. Revisions are quoted up front so there are no surprises.
Do you fill out the bid form?
We provide an estimate organized exactly like the bid form so the numbers transfer directly. Signing and submitting the bid stays with you.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF drawings are best. We also work from DWG/DXF files and from plan links on bid portals, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. Include specifications and addenda if you have them.
