Bid-ready bills of quantities for tenders and bid forms
Bills of quantities structured for tenders, bid forms and schedules of values.
Owners, consultants and contractors need a bill of quantities that is complete, consistent and easy to price. We prepare BOQs measured directly from the drawings and written so each item clearly describes the work, the unit and the quantity.
We can structure the BOQ by CSI MasterFormat division, by your tender template, or by the measurement method required on your project. Priced BOQs, unpriced BOQs for tendering, and schedules of values for payment applications are all available.

Our process
Send your plans
Email PDF drawings and specs, or share a Dropbox, Google Drive or bid-portal link. Bid sets, schematic, design development, construction documents and conceptual drawings all work.
Get a fixed quote
We review the set and reply with a price, turnaround time and delivery date for your scope. You approve before any work starts.
NDA and 50% deposit
We sign an NDA so your plans stay private. Work starts on a 50% deposit by card through our secure online checkout. A W-9 is available on request.
Receive your estimate
You get quantities and material and labor pricing in Excel, organized by CSI division, plus marked-up plans. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
Bid-Ready BOQ Preparation: common questions
Can't find your answer? Call (850) 343-4090 or email info@premiumestimatings.com.
What is the difference between a BOQ and an estimate?
A BOQ lists the work items and their quantities so bidders can price them on the same basis. An estimate adds the unit costs and totals. We prepare both, and a priced BOQ is effectively a detailed estimate.
Can you follow a specific measurement standard?
Yes. Send us your tender template or tell us the method of measurement used on the project and we will structure the BOQ to match it.
Can the BOQ be used as a schedule of values?
Yes. We can format the priced BOQ as a schedule of values that your payment applications can follow.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF drawings are best. We also work from DWG/DXF files and from plan links on bid portals, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. Include specifications and addenda if you have them.
