Pricing is only part of a bid. Before bid day someone has to read the documents, write scope sheets, invite subs, track addenda and level the quotes that arrive in the last hour. Our team takes on that work so your estimators can focus on strategy and price.
We read the plans and specifications, build trade scope sheets for subcontractor invitations, track every addendum, and prepare leveling sheets that compare sub and supplier quotes line by line against our own quantities.

Our process
Send your plans
Email PDF drawings and specs, or share a Dropbox, Google Drive or bid-portal link. Bid sets, schematic, design development, construction documents and conceptual drawings all work.
Get a fixed quote
We review the set and reply with a price, turnaround time and delivery date for your scope. You approve before any work starts.
NDA and 50% deposit
We sign an NDA so your plans stay private. Work starts on a 50% deposit by card through our secure online checkout. A W-9 is available on request.
Receive your estimate
You get quantities and material and labor pricing in Excel, organized by CSI division, plus marked-up plans. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

What is bid leveling?
Bid leveling compares subcontractor or supplier quotes on the same basis, checking what each one includes and excludes, so you carry the right number for each trade on bid day.
Can you send invitations to bid for us?
We prepare the scope sheets and bid documents for your invitations. Sending them through your bid platform stays with your team so your sub relationships stay yours.
Do you work on bid day?
Yes. We schedule around your bid time and can level quotes as they arrive, within the hours agreed in the quote.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF drawings are best. We also work from DWG/DXF files and from plan links on bid portals, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. Include specifications and addenda if you have them.
