Quotes and payment
Each project is quoted at a fixed price. Work begins after a 50% deposit; the remaining 50% is due when the estimate or drawings are delivered.
Scope
Estimates are prepared from the drawings, specifications and information you provide. Quantities and prices are opinions of cost based on that information and on market conditions at the time of the estimate. They are not a guarantee of actual construction cost or of bid results.
Revisions
Revisions due to addenda, design changes or added scope are quoted separately before work starts.
Professional services
We do not provide sealed architectural or engineering drawings, fire protection system design or hydraulic calculations. Where a seal is required, drawings must be reviewed and sealed by a professional licensed in the project's jurisdiction.
Confidentiality
We keep your drawings, pricing and project information confidential and sign an NDA on request.
