Division 27 communications estimating: structured cabling, data and voice drops, pathways, racks, audio-visual and distributed antenna systems.
Low-voltage scopes are counted drop by drop. We take off structured cabling, outlets, pathways, racks and terminations from the technology drawings, and price AV and paging where specified.
Cable lengths are calculated from the telecom rooms to each outlet with slack and service loops, so the cable order is right.

How do you calculate cable lengths?
We measure the route from each telecom room to each outlet and add slack and service loops, then total by cable type.
Do you price AV systems?
We price AV systems shown on the drawings and budget allowances where systems are performance-specified.
