Electrical estimating and takeoff services
Electrical estimating and takeoff: conduit, wire, devices, lighting fixtures, panels, switchgear, feeders and branch circuits with NECA-style labor units.
Electrical estimates have more line items than any other trade. We count every device and fixture, take off branch circuits and feeders, and price panels, switchgear and distribution from the one-line diagram and schedules.
Conduit and wire are measured by size and type, with fittings, boxes and supports added, and labor is priced using standard electrical labor units.

Electrical Estimating: common questions
Can't find your answer? Call (850) 343-4090 or email info@premiumestimatings.com.
Do you take off feeders from the one-line?
Yes. Feeders are measured from the riser and plan routing and priced by conductor and conduit size.
Do you include low voltage?
Low voltage, data and security are covered in Divisions 27 and 28. We can include them in the same estimate.
