Premium Estimating works with general contractors, subcontractors and builders in every US state. Our office is in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and we price each project with material costs and labor rates for its location, not a national average.
Texas, Florida, California, New York and the Southeast make up much of our work, but we estimate projects wherever our clients bid, from small towns to major metros, private work to public bids.

Do you adjust pricing for my state?
Yes. We price labor and materials for the project location and can use prevailing wage rates where they apply.
Do you provide a W-9?
Yes. We are a US company and send a W-9 on request.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF drawings are best. We also work from DWG/DXF files and from plan links on bid portals, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. Include specifications and addenda if you have them.
