Estimating for government and public works projects: municipal buildings, federal and military facilities, airports, parks and infrastructure.
Government work comes with its own rules: bid forms, wage determinations, Buy American requirements and detailed specifications. We estimate municipal, county, state and federal projects for contractors, and independent estimates for agencies.
Federal projects are estimated to UFC requirements where they apply, and JOC task orders are priced against the owner's unit price book.

Do you estimate airport projects?
Yes. We prepare estimates and independent fee estimates for airport projects.
Do you work on federal projects?
Yes, including UFC-governed work and JOC task orders.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
