Job order contracting estimates for federal and public owners
UFC, TIPS and JOC task-order pricing for federal and public work.
Job order contracting moves fast. Each task order needs a detailed proposal priced against the owner's unit price book, often with only a site walk and a scope of work to go on. We prepare JOC proposals for contractors working under federal, state and cooperative contracts.
We specialize in projects governed by the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and cooperative purchasing programs such as TIPS, matching line items to the unit price book and documenting non-prepriced items with supporting quotes.

We sign an NDA so your plans stay private. Work starts on a 50% deposit by card through our secure online checkout. A W-9 is available on request.

You get quantities and material and labor pricing in Excel, organized by CSI division, plus marked-up plans. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
Job Order Contracting (JOC) Estimating: common questions
Can't find your answer? Call (850) 343-4090 or email info@premiumestimatings.com.
Do you need drawings for JOC proposals?
Not always. Many task orders come with only a scope of work, photos and site-walk notes. We work from what you have and list our assumptions.
Can you price non-prepriced items?
Yes. We build non-prepriced items with material quotes, labor and equipment backup in the format the owner requires.
Which JOC programs do you work with?
We prepare estimates for UFC-governed federal work and TIPS cooperative contracts, and can work with other unit price books if you provide them.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF drawings are best. We also work from DWG/DXF files and from plan links on bid portals, Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. Include specifications and addenda if you have them.
