Do you track allowances?
Yes. Allowances are listed separately so you can update them as clients make selections.
Can you estimate from an architect's preliminary set?
Yes. We price what's shown and list assumptions for what isn't.
How do you charge?
Each project gets a fixed quote based on the scope and the size of the drawing set. We take 50% to start and the remaining 50% when we deliver the estimate.
