Commercial and residential roofing estimates
Roofing estimating for low-slope and steep-slope systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal and shingles. Squares, flashing, insulation and accessories.
Roofing contractors need squares, edges and penetrations, all measured correctly. We take off roof areas with slope factors, perimeters, edges, valleys and every penetration, then build out the full assembly from deck to membrane.
Tapered insulation, cover boards, flashings, coping, edge metal and accessories are included, so the estimate matches the manufacturer's system.
