Lumber takeoffs and framing estimates
Lumber takeoff and wood framing estimates: studs, plates, headers, joists, rafters, trusses, sheathing and hardware by size and length, ready for your lumber yard.
A lumber takeoff should be good enough to order from. We count studs, plates, headers, joists, rafters and beams by size and length, and calculate sheathing, subfloor, hardware and fasteners for every wall, floor and roof.
Quantities can be broken out by floor, building or delivery phase so materials arrive when the crew needs them.
