Painting and coatings estimating
Commercial painting estimating: walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trim and exterior surfaces by coating system, with paintable area takeoffs and labor production rates.
Painting estimates start with paintable area, then the coating system and number of coats. We measure walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trim and exterior surfaces from the finish schedules and elevations.
Each surface is priced by coating system with production rates that reflect the surface type and access, including lifts or scaffolding where needed.
