Outsourced PlanSwift takeoffs
PlanSwift is an on-screen takeoff program that lets an estimator measure directly on digital plans and attach materials and labor to each measurement. We use it daily to produce quantity takeoffs and estimates for contractors in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia.
Because PlanSwift works with assemblies, a single measurement, such as a wall type, a slab area or a duct run, generates every related item. That keeps quantities consistent across a large project and makes changes fast when an addendum arrives.
You do not need a PlanSwift licence. We deliver the results in Excel, organized by CSI division, with PDF plans showing every measured area, line and count in colour.

Build conditions
Area, linear and count conditions are created for each material or wall type, with heights, depths and waste factors.
Measure and assign
Each area, run and device is drawn on the plans and assigned to its condition or assembly.
Review
A second estimator reviews the takeoff against the drawings and specifications before pricing.
Price
Quantities are priced with material, labor and equipment costs for the project location.
Export
Results are exported to Excel by CSI division, and marked-up plans are saved as PDF.
