Concrete Calculator
Work out concrete volume for slabs, footings, walls and round columns in imperial or metric units, with waste, bag counts, a rebar allowance and ready-mix cost.
How the concrete calculator works
Pick the element, enter its dimensions and the number of identical elements. Slabs and footings use length × width × thickness, walls use length × height × thickness and round columns use the area of the circle × height.
Volume is shown in cubic yards and cubic metres. The order quantity adds the waste allowance you choose, which covers spillage, over-excavation and uneven subgrade.
Bag counts are for small pours using pre-mixed bags. The rebar allowance applies a typical reinforcing weight per cubic yard so you can budget steel before the structural drawings are detailed.

How many cubic yards are in a 10 × 10 slab, 4 inches thick?
About 1.23 cubic yards before waste.
How much waste should I add?
